On November 15th, Twenty-First Century Democrats’ Board of Directors, staff and supporters gathered to celebrate the appointment of Mark Lotwis as the organization’s new Executive Director. Majority Leader Steny Hoyer hosted the event held at the Phoenix Park Hotel in Washington, DC.
