Steve Bullock Race Outcome: Won Fresh off of leading 26 states in the fight against Citizens United, Montana Attorney General Steve Bullock faces GOP Representative Rick Hill in the state’s gubernatorial race. At the center of another key fight, Bullock stood up to national and home-state pressure and refused to sign a friend-of-the court brief opposing the 2010 Affordable Care Act.
